1. Ordering & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment partners. We do not store your credit card details.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver orders promptly. Shipping options, costs, and delivery times are shown at checkout. Shipping fees are not included in product prices.

Domestic Delivery

Inside Amman: Delivered within 1 hour after order completion (may extend to 2-3 hours during holidays).
Outside Amman: Delivered the next day. The following items are not delivered to governorates:
- Knafeh (All Varieties)
- Daily Desserts
- Cakes

International Delivery

We ship worldwide via DHL (excluding certain countries or regions experiencing instability, armed conflict, or trade restrictions). Delivery typically takes 5-8 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

3. Returns & Refunds Policy

At Habibah Sweets, your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to deliver high-quality products.

Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges after the order has been received, in order to maintain product safety and hygiene.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include a photo of the product. We will review the case and take appropriate action.

If the error is confirmed to be on our part, you may choose to:

Receive a full refund.
Receive a replacement product at no additional cost.
