1. Ordering & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment partners. We do not store your credit card details.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver orders promptly. Shipping options, costs, and delivery times are shown at checkout. Shipping fees are not included in product prices.

Domestic Delivery

  • Inside Amman: Delivered within 1 hour after order completion (may extend to 2-3 hours during holidays).
  • Outside Amman: Delivered the next day. The following items are not delivered to governorates:
    • Knafeh (All Varieties)
    • Daily Desserts
    • Cakes

International Delivery

We ship worldwide via DHL (excluding certain countries or regions experiencing instability, armed conflict, or trade restrictions). Delivery typically takes 5-8 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

3. Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns or exchanges for online purchases. However, if you receive incorrect or damaged items, please contact us immediately and we will review the issue case-by-case.
